How do I start my tooth whitening journey?

Starting your whitening journey with us is simple, book in a consultation with your dentist. At this appointment they will take post-treatment photographs, shade and discuss our whitening options and which they think would be best suited for you. If you decide to go ahead at this appointment they will take a scan or an impression of your mouth to have bespoke whitening trays made.

  • This treatment can give you a visibly whiter smile in 3 days. The ‘at home’ kits are a safe and effective way of whitening your teeth. Your dentist will advise you on which strength of whitening will suit your needs.

    This process consists of 4 appointments:
    1st appointment- 30 minute initial whitening consultation.
    2nd appointment- 20 minute tray fit
    3rd appointment- 10 minute whitening review 2 weeks later
    4th and final appointment- 10 minute whitening review 2 weeks later
    You are able to buy £50 whitening maintenance top up packs from the practice which contain 2 x whitening gels.

  • Enlighten is a top of the range, guaranteed treatment giving you our whitest smile possible. It is a blend of ‘at home’ whitening and ‘in surgery’ treatment.


    This process consists of 3 appointments:
    1st appointment- 30 minute Initial whitening consultation, impressions if eligible
    2nd appointment- 40 minute tray fit / attachments fitted
    3rd and final appointment- 20 minute review appointment

  • This is a polishing treatment rather than a whitening procedure, but can work extremely well lifting up the natural colour of teeth by removing any dietary staining.

    It is a great option if you are taking early steps in cosmetic treatment for your teeth and is highly recommended as a pre-whitening treatment to help you achieve the best results
